قال الله تعالى: الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُمْ بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ

Allah The Exalted says, “Those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah), and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah: verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.”

One of the ways that Allah has set to gain the happiness of this life and the hereafter and aspire to please Him is His Book, the Book of Allah. For it has the news of those who came before and those who come after. It has the rulings of what we deal with, and the map for the path we seek. It is the strong rope of Allah, the wise reminder and the straight path from which no doubt or confusion can arise. In its reading, understanding, and reflection is true happiness and contentment.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «وَمَا اجْتَمَعَ قَوْمٌ فِي بَيْتٍ مِنْ بُيُوتِ اللَّهِ يَتْلُونَ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ وَيَتَدَارَسُونَهُ بَيْنَهُمْ إِلَّا نَزَلَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّكِينَةُ وَغَشِيَتْهُمُ الرَّحْمَةُ وَحَفَّتْهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَذَكَرَهُمُ اللَّهُ فِيمَنْ عِنْدَهُ وَمَنْ بَطَّأَ بِهِ عَمَلُهُ لَمْ يُسْرِعْ بِهِ نسبه». رَوَاهُ مُسلم

It was reported Allah’s messenger as saying, “No company will gather in a Masjid to recite Allah’s Book and study it together without calmness descending on them, mercy covering them, the angels surrounding them, and Allah mentions them among those who are with Him. But he who is made slow by his actions will not be speeded by his genealogy.” Muslim transmitted it.

We ask Allah to accept our deeds and to continually increase the Masjid in good.
